Joint Air-transportable Containerized Kitchen (JACK)
With feedback from longtime users, Highland Engineering has released version 5 of the JACK — a battle-tested field kitchen system designed to keep troops fed in any environment:
- Feeds up to 825 personnel on Unitized Group Rations (UGRs)
- Feeds up to 550 personnel on pure A-rations
- 3 hot meals per day
- Air transportable and rapidly deployable
- Continuously refined through five generations of user-driven improvements
Joint Containerized Airlift Refrigerator (JCAR)
The JCAR is a single pallet space refrigerator designed to support the JACK when feeding A-rations, ensuring proper cold chain management for perishable food items in the field.
