Joint Air-transportable Containerized Kitchen (JACK)

With feedback from longtime users, Highland Engineering has released version 5 of the JACK — a battle-tested field kitchen system designed to keep troops fed in any environment:

  • Feeds up to 825 personnel on Unitized Group Rations (UGRs)
  • Feeds up to 550 personnel on pure A-rations
  • 3 hot meals per day
  • Air transportable and rapidly deployable
  • Continuously refined through five generations of user-driven improvements
Joint Containerized Airlift Refrigerator (JCAR)

The JCAR is a single pallet space refrigerator designed to support the JACK when feeding A-rations, ensuring proper cold chain management for perishable food items in the field.
