Joint Air-transportable Containerized Kitchen
The Joint Air-transportable Containerized Kitchen (JACK) is a single pallet position expeditionary kitchen system. The JACK is built within an Expeditionary Airlift Container and interfaces with the aircraft palletized cargo handling system rails and locks – additional restraint is not required. The JACK is certified by ATTLA for internal air transport.
The JACK has proven feeding capabilities of 825 personnel on UGRs and 550 personnel on pure A-Rations with additional prep space.

- 200A/60A dual power input (field selectable) with auxiliary outlets – no PDP required
- Additional 60A outlet
- Completely self-contained – 60kW generator and 5-ton ECU needed for complete operation
- Minimal operational set-up time - Less than one hour with four personnel
- Supports UGR-A, UGR-B, UGR-H & S, and limited fresh foods
- Multiple insulated food carriers and beverage containers for forward support
