Highland Engineering provides training and support for all the equipment we manufacture. We can and have provided training at our site or at the customer’s location. We also can provide trouble shooting simulators which allow the operators to experience many of the fault conditions they may encounter in field operation. We also maintain kits and repair parts on all of our equipment.
HEI’s commitment to customer service does not stop when the job is shipped, we support our equipment. If an Air Force SGT. calls from SE Asia saying he has a unit down, we don’t ask how it broke, whose fault was it, or how is he going to pay for it. We ship out new parts, air freight, in most cases the same day. Many times it takes months for the PO to get to us.
